Please read all the information below before scheduling an appointment.

Affordable surgery is by online appointment only. All appointments require a $50 minimum down payment by credit card online when making the appointment.  The remaining balance to be paid  in full before pick up. Cash is preferred for the balance of the bill (saves us  credit card fees). We will send you an email with the remaining balance. We do not take vouchers from any program. Deposit is non-refundable for no shows.Â

On surgery day, come to the drive-through entrance gate and remain in your car,and a staff member will come to you.

Dogs: Drop-off times are 7:00 – 7:30 am. Stay in the left lane.

Cats: Drop-off times are 7:00 -8:00 am. Stay in the right lane. Note: All cats must be in their own carrier, 1 cat per carrier. Community/feral cats must be in a trap (not a carrier). Please mark your carrier with your name and your pet’s name.

Dogs/ Cats: Pick-up times vary, you will be called approximately one hour before your pick-up time. We cannot guarantee animals will be ready between set times.

A Time 4 Pawsprovides same-day, affordable spay and neuter surgeries, for dogs and cats.  Our mission for the clinic is to reduce the number of intakes at animal shelters and unwanted animals in the community. We are a non-profit organization subsidized through grants and the generosity of our donors.

PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR DROP OFF & PICKUP. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR PET AFTER 8:00 am. Late pick-up will be charged a fee. ALL DOGS MUST BE DROPPED OFF BY 7:30 AM AT THE LATEST. If you are in the drop-off line near 7:30, put your car in park and let us know.Â

When you arrive to pick up your pet PLEASE COME TO THE OFFICE FOR CHECK OUT.

Consent forms and waivers must be filled out and signed, or we can not perform surgery. Updates and reminders are sent via email. Make sure to check your email.Â

Rabies Vaccine – 1 yr -$15 *(state-mandated vaccine, will be given if appropriate age and proof of prior vaccine isn’t shown)
Rabies Vaccine – 3 years – $30 – available only if the pet has proof of current rabies vaccination.
Cat Yearly Vaccine (FVRCP) – $15
FeLV/FIV Combo Test – $30
Dog Yearly Vaccine (DAPP) – $15
Bordetella Vaccine (Kennel Cough) – $22
Heartworm Test – $25
4DX  (HW, Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma)- $40

E-Collar Mandatory for all dogs (Cone Collar) – $10 If a client brings their own collar at check-in, the charge will be removed.

Heartworm Preventative (with test) – Priced according to weight
Broad Spectrum Dewormer – TBD (Roundworms, Whipworms, Tapeworms & Hookworms)

Please note: if your pet is determined to be high risk, an additional waiver will be required before surgery.

All surgery prices include a pre-surgical exam with the veterinarian, anesthesia, and pain medication. Certain other charges may apply due to the animal’s medical condition after the exam and surgery are complete. Animals in heat will be charged an additional $25.

After sedation if your pet is discovered to already fixed, the charge will be $50 instead of the spay/neuter fee.

*Required – Please upload or bring a current rabies certificate on arrival, if you did not upload when registering.  Proof of current rabies vaccination in the form of a certificate from the administering veterinarian. (Tags alone are not acceptable forms of proof.) If no proof of current rabies vaccination is available, the vaccine will be given on the day of the surgery. Please present the rabies certificate on arrival. Ask us about a 3-year rabies vaccine if you are interested.
